How youll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) The successful candidate serves as an Investigation Program Manager for Delta’s AD Process and Compliance team. This position will undertake tasks including but not limited to: Compiling lists of maintenance records and reports of Major Repairs, Alterations, AD Status, and STCs using Delta’s systems of records for these activities Supporting requests from the FAA and internal customers to support reports for the purposes of aging aircraft inspections, entry into service (FAA Part 121 certification), aircraft transactions, engineering modifications, etc Research major repairs, major alterations, and AD compliance status through Delta’s compliance and records systems Audit execution and accomplishments of AD-required work, including review of maintenance hard copy records Develop audit scripts for AD work cards Create tools and system queries to extract data to meet regulatory and business requirements

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) Knowledge of 14 CFR Part 121 Requirements Knowledge of maintenance signatures and compliance records Prefer candidates have at least 5 years experience with Transport Category Aircraft Operators. Additional experiences preferred: aircraft records, maintenance and engineering investigations background, SCEPTRE knowledge, innovation and process improvements. Applicants must be able to interact with various departments and negotiate solutions that are acceptable to each organization, additionally they must have excellent problem-solving skills, ability to develop comprehensive corrective action plans; and the ability to handle sensitive issues with appropriate discretion. Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
