Summary Directs all Human Resources functions for PCC Revert employees. Essential Functions Responsible for strategic leadership of human resources activities to support specific business and organizational objectives. Formulates, develops, recommends, and administers core HR strategies, policies, and procedures to protect and leverage the interests of the company and its employees. Communicates and interprets policies to facilitate a common understanding, acceptance, and consistent application throughout the organization. Trains and coaches supervisors/managers/employees in relevant topics. Facilitates the staffing process to identify optimal recruiting strategies, ensuring top quality candidates with diverse backgrounds in the shortest possible time frames to support business. Ensures regulatory compliance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements related to human resources function, including employment, EEO, ERISA, affirmative action, FMLA, ADA, compensation, benefits, and employee relations. Meets all labor-related IRS and Department of Labor requirements. Working with the appropriate members of Division team, develops, recommends, and administers compensation policies, procedures and programs, including wage and salary analyses, industry and area competitiveness, merit planning, and incentive compensation. Working with the appropriate members of Division team, administers employee benefit programs, seeking a balance between cost effectiveness and industry competitiveness. Serves as the primary HR interface with managers/supervisors at all levels to ensure appropriate HR support, service and counsel is provided. Develops annual HR plan and budget to support business objectives. Works collaboratively with other HR team members across the corporation to identify corporate and business unit level opportunities to improve business results and create and deliver integrated HR solutions. Assists in the development and implementation of organizational development/design strategies to align with business aspirations and goals. Establishes and maintains an employee communications program to support meaningful information flow. Develops, implements and administers an effective human resources information system (HRIS) where applicable; administers and oversees payroll. Administers and oversees effective Performance Management system. - Administers leave programs such as FMLA, Salary Continuance and other approved leaves.
- Compiles and maintains data on absenteeism, vacations, etc.
- Facilitates and manages employee relations matters for assigned areas of responsibility.
- Conducts new employee orientations, maintains and updates new hire/enrollment materials.
- Develops and maintains affirmative action program; maintains other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations.
- Develops and administers service award and recognition/reward programs.
- Maintains organization charts for assigned areas of responsibility
- Establishes and maintains department records and reports.
- Performs all duties in accordance with the PCC Code of Conduct and SOX obligations.
Additional Responsibilities Responsibility for growing, managing, and mentoring direct reports. Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree required. Bilingual in Spanish a plus. Experience utilizing WorkDay and Kronos a plus. Minimum 5 years of supervisory/management experience in an HR generalist role. Competencies - Good working knowledge of all MS Office applications and internet applications.
