4th Shift: Monday & Friday: 10:00 pm - 6:00 am AND Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 pm - 10:00 am
Pay rate: $35.76/hour + $1.35/hour shift differential.
Performs inspection tasks, trains and directs a group which performs the inspection, calibration, adjusting, troubleshooting and repair of a variety of components, devices and systems according to predetermined specifications using the appropriate test equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs inspection tasks, trains and directs a group of employees including technicians who perform the inspection, calibration, adjusting, troubleshooting and repair of a variety of components, devices and systems at a level consistent with the educational requirements stated at the end of this job description.
- Analyze and plan work assignments and assign employees accordingly.
- Instruct employees on proper work methods and follow up on those instructions for correct performance.
- Remain current on all standards and specifications affecting the group
- Prepare necessary paperwork relative to the group.
- Refer unusual problems to supervisor or representatives of other departments.
- Embrace and engage in the Honeywell Operating System (HOS) including activities, but not limited to Safety & Behavioral Observation Process (BOP), 5S, Continuous Improvement (Kaizen), Tiered Accountability Process, Standard Work, Rapid Problem Solving (RPS), Built In Quality (BIQ), Coaching, Total productive Maintenance (TPM) and Knowledge Sharing.
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
The hourly rate for this role is $35.76/hour.
YOU MUST HAVE
- AAS of Electronics Degree, or equivalent 2-year degree, from accredited college or university OR equivalent military training.
WE VALUE
- High school diploma or GED
- Preferred - 3+ years of electronic tech industry experience.
- Light physical effort setting up electrical equipment in a group of inspectors who check light electrical parts. Occasionally lift light or average weight material.
