PURPOSE
Were looking for a talented junior profile with a strong interest in AI and a background in business or strategy, ideally with exposure to the IT or tech services industry. The role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to both strategic analysis and AI-driven knowledge initiatives within a dynamic, global environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The candidate will be responsible for two key missions:
- Business Plan Development & Competitive Intelligence
You’ll support the analysis of key industry players (customers, competitors, partners), contribute to spanet research, and help us better understand emerging trends and business opportunities. You’ll also participate in building business plans and contribute to strategic thinking for spanet entry and positioning.
- AI-Driven Knowledge Management
You’ll work on improving how internal knowledge is captured, structured, and accessed across the organization. This includes helping deploy AI-based tools (e.g., search assistants), making strategic content more accessible (e.g., case studies, value propositions), and supporting collaboration between teams through better information flow.
Qualifications

- Strong English proficiency, particularly in written communication for documentation and reporting.
- Experienced with various AI-driven tools.
- Passionate about technology innovation.
- Quick learner adapting easily to tech trends.
- Effective communicator committed to teamwork, customer focus, and adhering to principles and values.
- Results-oriented with proven ability in creating and innovating, leading execution, and making a positive impact and influence.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
- Having completed at least four years of a university degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
