As a Government Program Property Manager, you will contribute to a fast-paced innovative team and work closely with Property and Logistics functional management, Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), suppliers and other Raytheon functions that contribute to the compliance of the Property Management System. The role will administer and/or maintain aspects of the Property Management System including support of multiple property lifecycle areas (i.e., acquisition, identification, utilization, maintenance, inventory, subcontractor control, relief of stewardship and contract closure).
The ideal candidate will be a strong individual contributor with the ability to effectively collaborate with these functions to develop and implement tactical goals, influence system solutions, facilitate forward thinking initiatives to include streamlining and integrating processes, and incorporate best-in-class reliable solutions for customer and enterprise requirements.
What You Will Do:
- Primary programs contact for all matters concerning management of assets including Special Test Equipment, Equipment, Special Tooling and Material.
- Deliver training and awareness materials tailored to audiences such as program leadership, engineering, lab management and other functional organizations
- Support a culture of improvement and efficiency into the Logistics / Property organization driving innovative solutions and affordability
- Ability to interpret contract language and clauses as it pertains to property management
- Manage program support for all IUID requirements
- Ability to travel to sites to conduct Inventory and other Property related tasks
- Support compliance with all regulations and internal/external audit protocols
- Act based on metrics that drive and/or affect the property system
- Interact daily with other teams, programs, and Business Units (BU’s) to maintain and meet organizational goals and objectives
- Collaborate for continuous learning and sharing with other individuals within the organization to continuously raise business and property acumen
- Support DCMA and customer (internal/external) to support audits and shape proactive relationships as required for SPY6 program
- Obtain National Property Management Association, CPPS certification within 24 months of employment.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience in logistics, government property management, operations, and/or supply chain.
- Use of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) compliance areas including interpreting and implementing FAR and DFAR contract property requirements.
- Experience using SAP (APEX, PRISM) and/or Government reporting systems i.e. WAWF, GFP Module, PIEE
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
This position requires a security clearance be obtained after start date. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. Qualifications We Prefer:
- National Property Management Association (NPMA) Certifications CPPS/CPPA/CPPM
- Six Sigma/CORE certification or equivalent
- Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
