ABOUT THE ROLE:
Honeywells Future HR Leaders program enables participants to grow their careers in HR through a variety of focused rotational & learning experiences and global exposure making them Future HR Leaders at Honeywell. You will utilize your HR functional expertise to assist critical human resources objectives. Gain Hands-on experience solving real current business opportunities. During our summer internship you will guide impactful initiatives designed around our HR priorities, own defined projects end-to-end, make significant contributions, and be afforded the opportunity to present results to leadership.

Location: This position is available in multiple locations across the United States.
Pay Range:
The hourly base rate for this position is $35/hr. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including (but not limited) to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidates work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently pursuing a Masters degree at an accredited college or university in Human Resources or Labor & Employee Relations degree
- Anticipated Graduation Date between December 2025 and August 2026 and ready to start full-time work between January 2026 and August 2026
- Validated academic excellence (3.0 GPA and higher)

Interning at Honeywell provides hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies, professional development, and mentorship within a global organization. Interns will receive relocation benefits and short-term housing if they are 50 miles or more from their assigned work location (excluding Puerto Rico and Canada).
