Manages all facets of facilities projects (budget, schedule, procurement, stakeholder communication, quality & risk) including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
Demonstrates capability to read and understand moderately complex documents affecting real estate projects, including but not limited to: agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys and drawings.
Interfaces directly with user groups to define project requirements. Prepares documentation supporting scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification. Identifies project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification process; liaise with Procurement to conduct standard request for proposals, complete bid analysis, and identify and procure resources essential to project delivery. Leads resources/team in providing project guidance and direction to achieve project goals. Hosts regular stakeholder meetings; maintains project archives. Creates stakeholder communication plans, maintains records of project communications.
Establishes and maintains several programs (Branding, WELL/GBI Certification, ESG) and applies program standards to existing facilities and new projects. Maintains library of resources and develops project balancing standard methods within unique work scopes.
