We are looking for you to join our team as a Division Deployment Lead (DDL) based out of Baltimore, MD to join the sector Digital Transformation Office (DTO) team.
The Division Deployment Lead is a key partner between the Mission Systems divisions and sector digital transformation organizations bridging the gap between division Program management, and functional leads and the Digital Transformation Office.
This position will support a division within Mission System sector. In partnering with sector portfolio leads and Deployment team, this position requires strategic influence working with division leadership and program leadership teams. The DDL will partner with division DT leads to establish and communicate availability, objectives, goals, and success criteria for deployable DT solutions.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Act as a strategic partner to the division supporting deployable digital capabilities, solutions, and recommended digital transformation approaches as needed to division projects.
- Manage DT focused initiatives and influence divisions at all levels of leadership.
- Act as the main POC for products, services, and staff from the DTO organization to NGMS Divisions.
- Ensure division needs are translated properly and communicated to the DTO
- Manage division relationship and their journey of digital transformation through partnership with sector DTO.
- Support sector deployment objectives.
- This role will require the following characteristics for success:
- The DDL must be an outstanding communicator that is comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
- They must be able to comprehend technical requirements and map them to planned and available Digital Transformation capabilities in the organization.
- Proficiency in navigating complex business landscapes and project management acumen.
- Leadership skills with adept stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing circumstances in a dynamic environment, ensuring continued success in a rapidly evolving industry
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Understanding of organizations business acumen
Basic Qualifications for Division Deployment Lead (DDL) :
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant Defense program/project management experience OR Master’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant Defense program/project management experience.
- 5 or more years of experience leading teams and/or projects.
- Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.
- U.S Citizenship.
Preferred Qualifications for Division Deployment Lead (DDL) :
- STEM degree with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience and/or program management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority.
- Strong understanding of business value and how technical solutions provide business value.
- Experience developing and delivering executive presentations in person and virtually.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative, influential, strategic, self-motivated.
- Experience working across different departments or disciplines, understanding various operational needs and constraints.
- Experience with leading change initiatives.
- Experience developing technical and business strategies.
- Active DoD Top Secret Clearance
Salary Range: $119,800 - $179,600
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidates experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
