Overview of the Role:

As a Customer Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in connecting customers with the high-level services our client offers. You will handle all customer inquiries, generate cost estimates, provide detailed quotes, and manage customer communications throughout the service process. Your contributions will ensure the seamless delivery of services, maximizing satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing effective solutions.
  • Develop accurate cost estimates and comprehensive service quotes.
  • Interpret work scopes and deliver detailed weekly status reports to customers.
  • Serve as the main liaison during production meetings, connecting customers and the production team.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing and cost reconciliation with internal accounting.
  • Boost profit margins by managing part purchases and repairs efficiently.
  • Travel occasionally and work additional hours when required.
  • Build strong customer relationships to maintain a collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven customer service management experience, preferably in maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to travel and work extra hours as needed.
