We are looking for a CRE Sr Manager to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.
This role is ideal for a strategic, visionary, and results-oriented individual who understands how to design and execute a forward-looking real estate vision that supports Aeromexico’s strategic growth, operational efficiency, and brand experience. The Director of Corporate Real Estate (CRE) leads Aeromexico’s end-to-end real estate strategy, ensuring the planning, development, and optimization of the company’s real estate portfolio across all operations, with a key focus on the continued development of the airline’s primary hub in Mexico City.
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Executive Management preferred.
- Strong academic foundation to design and implement a long-term real estate strategy aligned with Aeromexico’s business and sustainability goals.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate real estate strategy, infrastructure development, or asset management.
- Background in aviation or highly regulated industries.
- Proven track record managing large-scale real estate projects, from planning and design to implementation.
- Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams.
- Deep understanding of the Mexican real estate spanet, including legal frameworks and development processes.
- Experience collaborating with Facilities, Airport Affairs, Strategy, and Finance to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
