Overview of the Role:
As a Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the contract terms and conditions that are critical to our client’s success. You will be empowered to negotiate, execute, and manage contracts that enhance customer satisfaction and protect company interests. Your efforts will support the seamless operation of contract sales and directly contribute to the companys growth and industry leadership.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and authorize all customer forms, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Analyze and interpret instructions from Contract Bid RFQs, relaying essential information to pertinent departments.
Craft initial terms and conditions for Contract Bid RFQ responses.
Author, review, negotiate, and uphold contract documents.
Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external customers on all contractual matters.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 2 years experience in contract management.
Aerospace industry experience is advantageous.
Demonstrated negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
