How youll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) The Co-op will be assigned to support Delta’s corporate DOT and Disabilities Compliance team regarding DOT regulatory programs. Co-op will report to the Manager of DOT and Disabilities Compliance.These include, but are not limited to:Passenger Protections RegulationsAir Carrier Access ActThe Co-op will assist the Manager in developing, maintaining and implementing Delta’s DOT and Disabilities programs in accordance with regulatory requirements and generally-accepted standards of good practice. The successful candidate will be joining an established program focused on accessible travel and supporting customers with disabilities while partnering across Delta to ensure compliance with government regulations and IATA requirements. This position supports the development of corporate-level policies related to all aspects of the Air Carrier Access Act & Delta’s Customer Commitment and strategy to advance accessible travel for customers with disabilities.This position is full-time (40 hours/week) and starts in Summer 2026. The co-op will complete the following 3 alternating rotations onsite in Atlanta, GA at Delta’s Corporate Headquarters.Fall 2026 – 1st rotationSummer 2027 – 2nd rotationSpring 2028 - 3rd rotation

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications) Work experience is not required for this entry level role; however, the ideal applicant will be a sophomore or junior actively pursuing and excelling in a degree program in Aviation Management or a related field, with a strong interest in gaining career experience through on-the-job training
