Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
• Able to ingest, clean, process and analyze multiple data sources data-at-rest and data-in-motion
• Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of the data set and data-gathering techniques.
• Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
• Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize delivery assurance, inventory reduction and other business outcomes.
• Develop a testing framework and test model quality.
• Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
• Interpret and effectively communicate data insights using data visualization
• Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.

Qualification / Technical Experience:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s / MBA with experience in operations and supply chain areas
• Master’s degree, 5+ years of data science experience
• Good understanding of supply chain concepts
• Good analytical skills
• Proficiency with data mining, mathematics, and statistical analysis
• Advanced experience in pattern recognition, text analytics and predictive modeling
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, research-oriented group that has several concurrent projects
• Experience working under dynamic and uncertain business conditions
• Experience user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working experience in SAP
• Coding knowledge and experience with several languages: C, C++, Java, JavaScript, etc.
• Robotics Process Automation (RPA) & Machine Learning knowledge
• Knowledge and experience in statistical and data mining techniques: GLM/Regression, Random Forest, Boosting, Trees, Text mining, Social network analysis, etc.
• Experience querying databases and using statistical computer languages: R, Python, SQL, Hive, etc.
• Experience in one of the following libraries: TensorFlow, PyCaret.
• Experience creating and using advanced machine learning algorithms and statistics: regression, simulation, scenario analysis, modeling, clustering, decision trees, neural networks, etc.
• Experience with distributed data/computing tools: SAS Viya, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Jupyter Notebook, Git etc.
• Experience visualizing/presenting data for stakeholders using: PowerBI
