The individual will serve as the Pratt & Whitney F119 Aircraft Mounted Sidewall (AMNS) Sustainment Program Manager working directly with our AMNS customer The Boeing Company. The AMNS system is part of the Lockheed Martin F-22 Raptor supporting the USAF mission.
What You Will Do:
- Work directly for the F119 Program and assist with Technical Support, Supplier Management, and Contract Negotiation Activity to ensure efforts are well coordinated with The Boeing Company and all P&W strategic objectives are met; develop and maintain close working relationships with The Boeing Company and the US Air Force as well as P&W internal support organizations.
- Evaluate Requests for Proposals, support proposal development and lead statement of Work efforts in support of new business.
- Plan and manage AMNS repair and material control account budgets in coordination with AMNS Program Manager and external support teams.
- Execute control account management in accordance with Pratt & Whitney EVMS monthly rhythm, including but not limited to; calculating estimates to complete (ETCs), creating BCRs, identifying risks and opportunities, and reporting cost and schedule variances.
- Support program reviews including but not limited to; EAC and BOE reviews.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or engineering field with at least 8+ years of experience in program management or sustainment execution; or an advanced degree with 5+ years of experience.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
