Sr. Electrical Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

•tResponsible and lead the technician for the safe maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and replacement of plant equipment and systems, to ensure maximum productivity and quality
•tPerform RCA on machinenaries functionality interruption come with reports and finding best possible solution
•tResponsible following up for all countermeasures and troubleshooting activities and being well documented and being kept accordingly
•tProvide constructive solution or suggestion in analyzing root cause of downtime from reoccurring in supporting technician
•tResponsible in maintaining quality of products by maintaining/sustaining higher capabilities and reliabilities of machineries
•tHandling an improvement projects which not limit to production operation but electrical facilities
•tResponsible for following up on mechanical/electrical maintenance work requested by relevant departments upon approval by immediate superior
•tProvide adequate and reliable technical information or support to relevant departments or immediate superior
•tProvide adequate and reliable technical information or support to relevant departments or immediate superior
•tProvide training whenever required and related
•tInvolving/handling Management of Change inclusive of Contract Review and EMR/PMR
•tTo ensure 5S of work area is maintained at all time
•tAdhere and actively participate in occupational safety, health and environmental policies, procedures and activities such as U-See U-Act, GPI, etc.
•tPerform other related duties as required.

Job Requirements:

•\tTertiary diploma / degree in any related fields
•\tFive years manufacturing experience and working in Heavy Industries will be advantage.
•\tElectrical aptitude and ability to effectively learn and use technical information
•\tAbility to effectively analyze information and identify root causes to troubleshoot and solve problems
•\tAbility to generate analysis and finding reports
•\tPractice RCA methodology
•\tAbility to handling improvement projects
•\tEmphasis in documentation and recording for any changes/amendment
•\tExperience in PLC handling, Pneumatics, Hydraulic, Pumps, Motors, Sensors,Electrical Wiring, P&ID and PFD drawing..etc would be advantage.
•\tExperience and work in the field of Electrical, Electronic devices, Controlled Drives and occasionally
Instrumentation troubleshooting.
