QA Inspector (CMM)

Job Description:

1. Carry out inspecting processes according to technique sheet, inspection plan, internal procedures and drawings, and specifications.
2. Control product quality and to take appropriate containment and corrective actions.
3. Complete appropriate Quality Assurance documentation.
4. Continuously improve and optimize the work processes, methods and tools.
5. Support continuous improvement activities.

Job Requirements:

Education/ Major
\tVocational degree on Mechanical major

Experience
\t2 years experience and above in Inspector position within aerospace or related industries.
Language
\tCould read and understand simple English
Computer/Software\tSimple & basic operation

Technical Skill
\t• Inspection skills (using the measuring tools and equipment to control the product quality)
• Quality procedures and records.
• Quality tools such as Problem solving, statistics, LEAN, etc
• Product knowledge and GD&T understanding (Technical documentation and drawings understanding).
• MRB, Customer, contractual and Regulatory requirements
• CMM basic skills
