Key Responsibilities
Take charge of high-stakes aviation maintenance:
- Review and evaluate daily tasks to maintain aircraft airworthiness and operational readiness.
- Alert lead mechanics to unusual issues that could impact schedules or require adjustments.
- Oversee field base operations, managing assigned helicopters and ensuring repair stock availability.
- Prepare and certify logs/documentation to FAA and company standards using systems like RAMCO.
- Manage parts inventory, recommend stock changes, and calibrate special tools on schedule.
- Foster team communication for efficient, timely completions and seamless collaboration.
- Handle additional duties aligned with company goals in a fast-paced, safety-focused setting.
Qualifications We Seek

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings.
- At least 2 years as a certified mechanic.
