What are your contributions to the team?
- Plan the required preventive maintenance for new equipment.
- Develop maintenance schedules, routines, and preventive maintenance checklists, taking into account the manufacturer’s standards and industry best practices.
- Define the integration requirements when purchasing or replacing equipment.
- Determine the list of spare parts needed for the preventive maintenance of equipment.
- Participate in the commissioning of new equipment.
- Keep the inventory of our machine park up to date.
- Identify and record new equipment in our maintenance management software (Maximo).
- Stay informed about and adhere to current industry standards.
- Identify improvement opportunities to support the company’s preventive vision.
How to thrive in this role?
- You have a DEC (Diploma of College Studies), combined with a minimum of three years of experience in a maintenance environment.
- You must be proficient in both French and English, both spoken and written.
- You must have excellent time management skills.
- You should have a good knowledge of the MS Office suite.
- You should be accustomed to working with various modules of an ERP system (Maximo preferred).
- You must have a strong sense of customer service.
- You have the ability to plan and organize to ensure the achievement of results.
