STS Line Maintenance is seeking highly motivated Lead A&P Mechanics to join our growing team in Mesa, Arizona. These high-profile positions offer premium rates, and you’ll play a key role in supporting the daily maintenance operations of our customers. Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Station Managers, Lead Technicians, flight crews, and Aircraft Maintenance Controllers.
- Maintain aircraft in compliance with FAA regulations, airworthiness directives, and company policies.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, adjust, and repair aircraft airframes and engines.
- Ensure quality and integrity in all maintenance activities.
- Work with various aircraft models: B737NG/MAX, A-320 family, E-145/170/175.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certifications.
- A&P experience with turbine-powered aircraft (preferred).
- Proficient in reading aircraft maintenance manuals and technical documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Must pass background checks, drug & alcohol tests, and obtain customs clearance.
Rate of Pay & Benefits:
- Pay based on experience with annual raises.
