Frequent lifting and physical requirements including but not limited too stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders, and ability to lift and carry heavy loads.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent with at least 10+ years of work-related experience and/or education preferred.
Uses proper methods for lifting and moving heavy objects.
Proper use of common hand and power tools.
Understands and uses safety practices common to building, maintenance, and construction.
Understands practices, processes, and materials used in building, maintenance, and construction.
Must be able to read and interpret schematics, drawings, and blueprints.
Must have a current valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Perform routine maintenance on company vehicles, such as replenishing fuel and monitoring fluid levels.
A hands-free device must be used when making phone calls while driving.
Must abide by ALL traffic laws and regulations while operating a motor vehicle for business purposes.
Texting, consuming alcoholic beverages, and other illegal activity while driving or in the possession of a company vehicle is prohibited.
Must have the ability to pass a drug screening and complete a background investigation.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance.
Responds to after-hours emergency situations to resolve immediate concerns.
Must have a working knowledge of common fire alarm, security alarm, and access control systems to include local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
