You will report directly to our Production Supervisor, and youll work out of our Columbus, Ohio location.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform assembly tasks according to production schedules and work instructions
- Inspect and test components and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as they arise
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
YOU MUST HAVE
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in assembly or manufacturing
- Strong manual dexterity and ability to use hand and power tools
- Basic knowledge of assembly techniques and processes

- Experience in electrical or mechanical assembly
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and quality orientation
