Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs, modifications, and tests following manufacturer’s instructions and repair station processes.
• Troubleshoot product failures and conduct necessary maintenance to restore articles to operational status.
• Utilize electronic test equipment and hand tools accurately for maintenance tasks.
• Handle solder work in compliance with industry standards.
• Complete detailed documentation of all work and inspections carried out.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Execute routine production assembly operations on engine mechanical assemblies and aircraft systems.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess:

• 2+ years of experience in engine harness wire routing, wire dressing, harness repairs, cannon plug repairs, and functional testing of aviation components.
• Knowledge of testing and repairs of ball screw actuators, VSV actuators, and testing equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or sit for prolonged periods as required.
