Position Overview:
STS Line Maintenance is actively seeking highly motivated A&P Mechanics to join our growing team at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). As an A&P Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting the maintenance operations for our valued customers, ensuring aircraft are maintained to the highest standards of safety and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Line Maintenance Station Manager and Station Leads.
- Partner closely with airlines, flight crews, and Aircraft Maintenance Controllers.
- Ensure aircraft are maintained in compliance with all applicable regulations, airworthiness directives, and company policies.
- Perform inspections, tests, troubleshooting, adjustments, and repairs on a wide range of commercial and regional aircraft.
- Use precision instruments to measure parts for wear, repair, or replacement as necessary.
- Perform maintenance on various aircraft, including Airbus A320, A300, A330, Boeing 737, CRJ, and Embraer 170.
- Work in all weather conditions and adapt to a flexible schedule that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications:
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification is required (with no history of infractions).
- Experience with turbine-powered aircraft is a plus.
- Experience with Boeing 737 or Airbus A320/A300/A330/A220 is preferred but not required.
- Gen Fam certifications for Boeing 737 or Airbus A320/A300/A330/A220 will result in higher pay.
- Must have a personal set of standard line maintenance tools (specialty tools will be provided).
- Ability to pass background checks, drug & alcohol tests, and obtain Customs & Border Patrol clearance.
- Experience working in a Part 145 repair station or Part 135 environment is highly desired.
- Inspection Authorization (IA) license is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
Compensation:
- Pay Range: $34-$42/hour, based on experience.
- Annual raises available upon performance evaluations.
