- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five years experience in aircraft maintenance is preferred
- A current Airframe and Powerplant License strongly preferred
Skills & Knowledge:
- Understanding of FAA regulations FAR parts 65, 145
- Extensive knowledge of aircraft repair techniques and procedures, especially sheet metal and/or composite repairs
- Capable of interpreting drawings and blueprints to accomplish specific tasks
- High proficiency in repair and parts paperwork and documentation
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to efficiently monitor the use of time to meet stringent deadlines
- Familiarity with Corridor maintenance tracking software is a huge bonus, but the ability to quickly learn new computer software is also sufficient
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Moderate walking, standing, climbing, heavy lifting, carrying, stooping, bending, kneeling, and reaching will all be required.
