Position Overview:
As an Aviation A&P Mechanic at Bravo Flight Training, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and inspections on our diverse fleet of aircraft.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our aircraft are in optimal condition, complying with FAA regulations, and meeting our high standards for safety and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on aircraft, including airframe, powerplant, and avionics systems.
- Perform inspections in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on a variety of aircraft models.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections accurately in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
- Collaborate with flight instructors and staff to address any aircraft-related issues and ensure minimal disruption to flight schedules.
- Stay current with industry best practices, technical advancements, and changes in FAA regulations.
- Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
