What are your contributions to the team?
- Manage change management activities up to the delivery of the first unit and ensure compliance with the product development schedule with suppliers for convenience - external manufacturing.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction while optimizing quality, time and costs to the organization.
- Manage and influence suppliers to ensure the achievement of parts delivery objectives on time and at the best possible cost.
- Participate in cost reduction initiatives according to set objectives.
- Identify and participate in improvement projects (Kaizen/Workshop, Deepdive) as well as maintain and develop the commercial relationship with the supplier base.
- Work closely with logistics planners to meet production requirements.
How to thrive in this role?
- You have a bachelors degree in administration or operations management and a minimum of five (5) years of experience.
- You have experience in outside manufacturing (OP) an asset.
- You have experience with SAP
- You have a strong sense of ethics and are customer-oriented.
- You have good analytical, planning and problem solving skills as well as good interpersonal skills are required.
- You are bilingual (Spanish and English, spoken and written).
