YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
- Conduct research and development tasks in the field of materials science, powder metallurgy, and component / systems development
- Operate equipment used to characterize materials or fabricate components
- Execute testing, record data, methods, and observations generated from directed research activities
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of scientists and engineers
US CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS
Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
- 3+ years experience working in a lab or production environment
- Demonstrated experience with materials characterization methods
- U.S. citizenship is required due to contractual requirements. Applicants must also be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance. Continued employment is contingent upon successful completion of security processing.

- Associates degree in Science or Engineering
- Demonstrated experience in powder metallurgy, process development, rapid prototyping, or thin film coatings
- Self-motivated individuals able to work under minimal supervision
