OnsiteCollins Aerospace is seeking a dedicated Materials Associate III to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient packaging of finished energetic and inert products from inventory and production for delivery to our global customer base. This position operates in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is critical.
You will collaborate across departments, ensuring alignment between packaging instructions, manufacturing processes (MPs), and work instructions. Your contributions will support a seamless workflow and compliance with company standards. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to engage in continuous improvement efforts through CORE principles, driving innovation and excellence in every task
Compensation:
- 25.75 per hour starting rate*
- Paid vacation & sick time
- Eligible for Annual Increases

Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 7:00 am-3:30 pm
- Overtime available and/or mandatory on a business need basis
What You Will Do
- Applies senior-level skills and job knowledge in area of specialization.
- Suggests procedures, operations, techniques, tools, materials, department documentation, job statuses, and/or equipment to meet, and in many cases exceed the needs of area of specialization.

Qualifications You Must Have
- U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) access.
- HS Diploma with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. In the absence of an HS diploma or GED, 4 years of relevant experience is typically required.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Strong computer skills
- Attention to detail, strong sense of organization.
- BarTender labeling software experience or equivalent labeling software
- Experience in SAP

*The salary range for this role is $22.72 to $30.74; however, RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills
