Morson are recruiting for Material Support Specialists to join a leading aerospace and defence programme based at RAF Brize Norton.
This is an operational, fast-paced role within the Demand Cell team where you will be responsible for managing material demands, shortages, and supply chain performance to support aircraft maintenance and flying operations.
You will work closely with engineering, MRO and customer teams, ensuring materials are available when required and escalating any risks that could impact delivery or aircraft availability.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee material demands in support of aircraft maintenance and operational requirements
Escalate material shortages, late deliveries, and risks impacting availability
Support Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations and recovery activities
Chase and track parts, ensuring delivery schedules are met and issues are resolved
Liaise with internal stakeholders and the end customer regarding material procurement
Identify and escalate risks where delivery deadlines are not met
Attend daily operational and planning meetings
Support reporting activities and continuous improvement across the supply chain
Requirements
Experience in a material support, supply chain, logistics, or procurement role
Strong SAP experience (essential)
Experience managing material flow, shortages, or demand planning
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to identify issues and escalate where required
Desirable
Background in aerospace, aviation, or defence
Experience supporting AOG environments
Knowledge of EASA Part 145
