What are your contributions to the team?
• Coordinate Supplier’s strategies related aircraft change management.
• Establish and understand project needs and priorities.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with the various stakeholders and at different hierarchical levels in the organization.
• Understand and manage the product changes with suppliers.
• Monitor development schedule.
• Support the Integrated Product Development Team
• Analyze the business relationship & dynamics between the Supplier and Bombardier.
• Ensure that the Supply Chain milestones on the Aircraft product change are met and produce and deliver performance indicators. Such as negotiation mandate approval, ATP issuance, negotiation closure, Part on dock etc.
• Manage and coordinate the Supply chain activities relation to change harmonization act as advisor to mitigate any potential cost impact: Inventory depletion, purchase orders cancellation etc.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks:
• Prepare and attend governance and project review meetings.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes.
How to thrive in this role?
• You have a Bachelors degree in Administration or Operations management.
• You have a minimum of three (3) years experience.
• You possess a strong sense of ethics and are customer focused.
• You have good analytical, planning, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• You have relevant change management & product development experience.
• You have knowledge of operational and financial management, legal terminology, and legal interpretation of contracts.
• You have Microsoft Office proficiency: PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Project
• You Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
