What are your contributions to the team?
- Ensuring adherence to production schedules and if necessary, coordinating catch-up plans with all stakeholders
- Ensuring that required parts and materials are present on the assembly line on time
- Defining and documenting the strategy for production kits
- Communicating information about shortages and working closely with procurement and manufacturing logistics teams
- Interacting with multiple cross-functional teams (Logistics-Supply Chain, Methods, Industrial Engineering, Quality, Production, etc.)
- Participating in improvement projects (Operational Excellence, 5S, Cost and Inventory Reduction, Value-Added Production, etc.)
How to thrive in this role?
- You have one (1) to five (5) years of experience in the logistics field
- You have a Bachelor degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or equivalent college diploma with relevant work experience
- You must demonstrate a strong interest in planning, coordinating work, continuous improvement, and value-added production
- You are bilingual (French and English)
- You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- You have experience with the ERP system BAAN (a major asset)
