What are your contributions to the team?
- Create, modify, maintain and classify SAP components in the MM module for the different functions (Methods, Logistics, Finance, Quality);
- Apply procurement policies when creating components;
- Participate in the development and updating of Master Data procedures.
- Facilitate the introduction and implementation of new software solutions to be implemented (e.g. S/4 HANA);
- Work closely with the Methods, Logistics, Finance and Quality functions when establishing new processes;
- Investigate the root causes of problems encountered and analyze potential solutions by assessing the costs, impacts and risks of a change in production;
- Have in-depth knowledge of the company in several sectors such as Logistics, Production, Methods, Nomenclature, Warehouse, to assess and define in detail the parameters of the required adjustments and changes, as well as the implications and impacts;
- Ensure data integrity in SAP and produce monthly performance indicators;
- Participate in continuous improvement through the BOE (Bombardier Operational Excellence) system.
How to thrive in this role?
- You have a BAC in Business or Engineering.
- You have 5 years or more of experience in aerospace or other related manufacturing industry, oriented in Material Master with one or many functions.
- You are customer oriented and have developed an ability to work under pressure.
- You are organized, curious, dynamic and meticulous.
- You have good knowledge of MSOffice suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). You are functional in the French and English language, spoken and written.
- Knowledge of MM and PP modules is an asset
- Knowledge of SAP will be considered essential.
