Job Description:

Main Responsibility：
1.tTo carry out different machining operations on NC machines according to drawings, procedures and specifications (including set up, installation of the product and the tooling).
2.tTo control product quality to ensure compliance to specifications using different measurement tools and to take appropriate steps if abnormal situations are detected.
3.tTo complete appropriate Quality Assurance documentation.
4.tTo continuously improve and optimize the work processes methods and tools.
主要职责：
1. 根据图纸，流程和技术要求（包括 set up,产品、刀具安装）进行机加工操作。
2. 运用量具控制产品质量，确保产品符合技术要求；如发现异常状况，采取相应措施。
3. 填写质量控制文件
4. 持续改进、优化工作流程、工作方法和工具。
Machining Center Requirements:
1 Over 2 years of experience operating CNC lathes and machining centers, capable of processing and inspecting parts according to drawings
2 Proficient in operating and maintaining machine tools, capable of independent operation and setup, and able to read and understand programs
3 Proficient in reading drawings and accurately interpreting dimensional tolerances and geometric tolerances in drawings
4 In-depth understanding of materials, tools, and processing parameters
5. Correct use of relevant measuring tools and ability to perform precise self-inspection
6. Correct use of relevant tools, fixtures, etc.
7. Familiarity with the Siemens operating system
8. Candidates with over 3 years of experience in precision part machining are preferred
9. Candidates with over 2 years of experience operating WFL turning and milling machining centers are preferred
车铣加工中心要求：
1t数控车床与加工中心2年以上操作经验，能按照图纸进行零件加工及检查
2t正确操作机床及机床保养，并能独立操作、调机，看懂并理解程序
3t能熟练读图并能准确理解图纸中的尺寸公差与形位公差
4t对材料、刀具及加工参数有较深认识
5t正确使用相关量具并能精确自检
6t正确使用相关的刀具、夹具等
7t熟悉Siemens 操作系统
8t具有3年以上精密零件加工经验者优先
9t具有2年以上WFL车铣加工中心操作者优先

Job Requirements:

Education： Vocational school or above
Experience： at least 3 years
Language： Chinese, English is plus
Computer： Technical Skill
Knowledge of Machining principles
• Using-machining equipment (set-up, installation, tooling).
• Knowledge of Numerical Controls fundamentals.
• Inspection Skills (using the measuring tools and equipment to control product quality).
• Is able to use all Quality Assurance documents (Inspection Plans, Non-Conformance Reports, etc)
• Problem-solving
• Able to read drawings and layouts (interpreting all the information and tolerances contained in the drawings and identifies the critical areas of parts and operations).
