Compensation: 

• $1,500 Sign on Bonus*

1st Shift Schedule: 

• This position is for 1st shift. 

• Monday – Friday 7:00AM – 3:30PM  

• Overtime available on a business need basis.

What You Will Do:

• You will interpret blueprints, work orders, engineering plans, specifications, reference planes, designs sketches and geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T) for operation, material, and dimensional requirements.

• You will assemble, repair, and fabricate metal parts into sub-units or complete units using operating mechanical equipment.

• You will take measurements of material and select appropriate machines for the process.

• You will perform machining setups and make adjustments as required.

• You will conduct inspections of work produced.

• You will check SPC charts for frequency of checks, gauging and measurements.

• You will keep records and maintain quality/safety standards.

• You will work under direct supervision. You will normally follow established procedures on routine work. You may require instructions on new assignments.

• You will apply basic job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.

• Your tasks are semi-routine in nature, but recognizes the need for some judgment.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a high school diploma with a minimum of 1 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 3 years of relevant experience is typically required.
