Primary Job Duties
This is a full-time position.
As a GSE Parts Technician, you will be responsible for keeping parts inventory on hand to support our mechanics.
- Data entry into fleet maintenance program “Fleet Focus”
- Parts purchasing for GSE shops
- Compile and analyze departmental parts usage data
- Work with vendors on parts pricing
- Ship, receive and transfer parts in Fleet Focus and parts room
- Pick up, package and deliver parts when needed
- Inventory parts in GSE Shops
- Maintain cleanliness and order of parts room
- Keep travel trailer stocked with parts needed for annual station visits
- Run weekly/monthly/annual parts reports
- Approve and investigate invoices in accounting system
- Order and stock GSE shop with misc. office and shop supplies
- Other responsibilities assigned by management
