Advanced Manufacturing / Production Operator
Scottsdale, AZ
Contract Position
This position is supporting the next generation in developing mission critical systems for our national defense. You would be a part of creating the most effective and state of the art technologies for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance supporting the Army, Navy, Air Force, Special Forces, and other Federal Government agencies working with our military.

Responsibilities:
- Assemble and integrate electronic and mechanical components, subassemblies, and systems, following moderately complex schematics and drawings.
- Perform fabrication, inspection, wiring, soldering, and cable harnessing in production or pre-production environments.
- Build hardware for prototypes or systems and conduct electrical testing, rework, and refurbishment as needed.
- Operate advanced equipment such as wire bonding machines, automated fluid dispensers, and MRSI pick-and-place machines for component attachment.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with loading and configuring customer/standard software on devices.
- Ability to accurately complete process paperwork and data entry into work order management systems.
- Knowledge of measuring/test equipment and basic math skills.
- Comfortable working with a microscope for extended periods and standing for up to 4 hours per day.
- Experience with soldering, clean room procedures, and mechanical assembly is a plus.
- Familiarity with lamination presses, sheet epoxies, and bagged curing is a plus.
