Delta is expanding its wellness data science, data engineering, and reporting capabilities, unlocking initiatives that drive improvements in the health and wellness of our employees, their families, and our customers.
The Delta Wellness Data Science Graduate Intern will develop analyses of data that provide key insights and takeaways into the wellness ecosystem at Delta. This will encompass using programming methods to explore and merge data from wellness resources, creating analyses, and communicating results through presenting, reporting, and visualization.
In addition, this role will provide ad-hoc support for reporting and data inquiries related to wellness data.

Primary Functions
- Locate, extract, and combine data from a variety of sources into single, analyzable datasets
- Summarize analysis data using statistical, tabular, and visualization methods
- Utilize analytical tools to measure relationships between predictor variables and outcomes of interest
- Assemble reports of analysis results, summarizing key takeaways and insights while answering business questions around employee wellness
- Maintain and continually improve analyses and reports based on input from key stakeholders
- Identify and continually seek to improve data and tools available to Delta as a part of the Delta Wellness platform
