Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Procurement Agent (Associate or Mid-Level) to join the to join and support the Electrical and Mechanical Commodity Procurement team to work with key suppliers supporting complex designed assemblies in Ridley Park, PA.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including: Associate or Experienced Procurement Agents.
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite in Ridley Park, PA. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
Position Responsibilities:
Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies
Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions
Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements
Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management
Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance
Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or procurement practices and processes
1+ years of experience in Supplier Management/Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer, Supplier Program Manager, Supply Chain Management Analyst/Item Manager or Supply Base Manager
1+ years of experience in drafting, negotiating, and executing complex contracts and sub-contracts
1+ of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services
1+ years of experience do you have with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of experience creating, interpreting and/or enforcing technical requirements
3+ years of experience negotiating non-competitive, government procurements and FAR-compliant proposals that exceed the Truth In Negotiations Act (TINA) threshold
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field
Typical Education/Experience:
Associate (Level 2):
Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Mid-Level (Level 3):
Typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Relocation:

Summary pay range for Associate (Level 2): $64,600 - $87,400
Summary Pay Range for Experienced (Level 3): $79,900 - $108,100
