Key responsibilities

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

• Develop financial models to assess the impact of supply chain decisions on the organizations bottom line.
• Prepare and present reports on financial performance related to supply chain operations.

Compliance and Auditing:

• Ensure adherence to tax regulations and compliance standards for goods received, invoices, and supplier payments.
• Conduct periodic audits of supply chain transactions to identify discrepancies or inefficiencies.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, tax regulations, and industry standards.

Invoice Matching and Processing:

• Verify the accuracy of invoices, credit memos, debit memos, statement of account and goods received notes (GRNs), and purchase orders (POs).
• Collaborate with accounts payable teams to resolve discrepancies in supplier payments.
• Liaise with vendors to acquire the outstanding documentation
• Serve as the primary point of contact for eInvoice, vendor inquiries, addressing issues related to orders, invoices, and payments.

Process Optimization:

• Identify inefficiencies in the financial and supply chain processes and recommend improvements.
• Assist in the implementation of ERP or other integrated systems to streamline workflows

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Act as a liaison between finance, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Support budget forecasting and financial planning related to supply chain activities.
• Work closely with internal teams, including finance, accounts payable, and operations, to align procurement with organizational goals.

Data Management and Analysis:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights into procurement and inventory management.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data related to supply chain transactions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and financial accounting standards.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of procurement experience, with demonstrated expertise in indirect procurement.
• Strong understanding of procurement best practices, invoice processing, and vendor relationship management.
• Proficiency in procurement and financial systems such as SAP (preferred), or similar ERP platforms.
• Attention to detail to ensure compliance and accurate data management.
