Purpose of Role:
The President is expected to be a change-agent that develops actionable plans around the CEO’s vision and executes those plans to drive growth and overall client satisfaction. Our ideal candidate will be a natural leader, harmoniously uniting the major functions of our business, creating collaboration, focus, accountability, and alignment organization wide.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide company-wide leadership and serve as the company’s primary internal spokesperson.
- Setting strategic goals to execute the business plan and achieve or exceed planned P&L objectives
- Leading, managing and holding the leadership team accountable for realizing agreed-upon commitments, and ensuring the leadership team is healthy, functional, cohesive and executing decisively.
- Negotiate and/or approve agreements and contracts for the organization.
- Assess and minimize risks to the company.
- Ensuring that everyone is following and adhering to the company’s core values, processes and operating system with consistency.
- Collaborating effectively with the CEO to filter and translate their ideas into functional strategies and plans.
- Managing special projects and the implementation of change initiatives
- Highlighting and resolving issues, driving the team to effective and timely solutions
- Communicating key messages effectively across departments to ensure everyone is “in the know.”
