Undersea Sensing & Effects Chief Engineer job is available with Moseley Technical Services top Defense company. This job can be worked from the following locations: McLeansville, NC., Fairfax, VA., Taunton, MA., or Quincy, MA. As an Undersea Sensing and Effects Chief Engineer for Autonomous Undersea Systems (AUS), you will lead a collection of program technical strategies and roadmaps, and hold final technical authority over the design, integration, production, and installation needed to satisfy the functional, behavioral, interface, and operational requirements of the systems we deliver.
Qualifications:
- Department of Defense Secret security clearance required at time of hire.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Science, Engineering, or Mathematics), plus 10+ years of experience; or a Master’s degree with 8+ years of experience.
- Proven experience as an engineering lead or chief engineer on significant programs, with a strong background in the design, integration, and production of high-reliability systems.
- Ability to develop innovative solutions in areas such as undersea sensing, effectors, surveillance systems, and mission analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with undersea effectors, sensing, and surveillance systems.
- Proficiency in undersea mission analysis, modeling, testing, and operations.
- Demonstrated success on major programs as an engineering lead or chief engineer.
