The 24-month Junior Aircraft Engineer Program is dedicated to providing you with the required practical training and experience in order to become a licensed engineer. During the first phase (12 months), the program combines a range of theoretical and practical elements which will develop your skills as an engineer for a successful career in our Engineering department. At the end of the 12 months, you will be in a position to apply for your Category A License. At the end of the second phase of the program, you will be in a position to apply for your CAT A or B1 or B2 license.
Entry Requirements:
- Must hold full Basic Training Certificate from EASA Part 147 Approved School.
- Must hold an approved CEFR B1 Standard Certificate or equivalent in English (for non-native speakers).
- Must have an EU Passport.
- Must hold a full EU Driving Licence.
- Good, basic hand skills are essential.
- Must have initiative, enthusiasm and be self-motivated to work in a highly rewarding and safe environment.
Training Schedule:
- 10 weeks of in-house Training in STN / BGY bases over the course of the 2-year programme.
- The remainder of the Training Program is to be spent in Line Maintenance Base obtaining OJT for EASA licence application.
