Mid-Level Test Engineer
Why This is an Exciting Role:
As a Mid-Level Test Engineer at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing functional test procedures.
- Conducting feature, system, and regression testing for each product release, according to the sprint schedule.
- Testing within an agile development environment for a feature-based release model.
- Documenting and maintaining the test plan, test environments, and test event checklists for each test cycle.
- Providing feedback on test results and defects to the project team, software developers, and the Government Program Manager (GPM).

Experience and Qualifications:
To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:
Required Education and Years of Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Eight (8) years of experience as a TE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
- Four (4) years of additional TE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
Job Requirements:
- Conduct research and apply knowledge of government T&E, engineering, acquisition, and operations.
- Plan and execute performance analysis and data collection, aligning with decision-maker needs.
- Analyze performance risks and specify modeling and simulation tools.
- Develop and implement T&E plans, including risk assessments, data requirements, and evaluation reports.
- Coordinate with program Systems Engineering (SE) and review T&E-related SE information to leverage functional analysis, system descriptions, parameter selection and dependencies, Modeling and Simulation, and initial performance risk assessments to inform evaluation planning.
- Plan and execute testing and data collection, ensuring compliance with security and legal standards.
- Provide overall leadership of the T&E task
- Maintain standards and provide technical guidance to the T&E team.
- Ensure quality assurance, and drive innovation to adapt to program changes and evolving risks.
- Execute Testing and Data Collection per plan
- Produce associated Test Plans, Procedures, and Reports/Briefings, Data Management Plan
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Knowledge/competency in the job requirements listed above
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience working in an Agile software development environment
- Experience generating technical documentation
- Experience using with Jira and Confluence
Telework/Remote Availability: Hybrid work authorized; 16 hours per week

Summary Pay Range:
Please note that the information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
$130,000 - $197,000
