What we do:
The Sr. Systems Engineer will be in an engineering team responsible for system problem/anomaly resolution support, data trending, and performance analysis.
What you can do:
- Provide program expertise on engineering subsystems
- Maintain a baseline of operational products
- Perform vehicle systems engineering and integration activities and own products in accordance with tailored standards and practices
- Develop, mature and/or manage requirements, interfaces, Concept of Operations, verification artifacts (test/qualification plans, analysis reports, inspection reports, compliance matrices, etc.)
What you can contribute:
- B.S. degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
- Highly knowledgeable of systems engineering practices and experience rightsizing for rapid development
- Good presentation, coordination, and communication skills
- Self-motivating with the ability to proactively complete assigned tasks
- An understanding of large systems and engineering change process
- Expertise in technical requirements development, systems engineering lifecycle ,and application to government certification
You may also contribute:
- Experience setting the technical direction for vehicle-level development and leading a program through the development lifecycle
- Experience with system definition methods and tools (state diagrams, functional block diagrams, interface control documents)
- Strong understanding of aerospace safety-critical systems development
