What are your contributions to the team?
• Define floor plan for the production assembly line
• Analyze aircraft flow, parts, equipment, manpower
• Identify and participate in improvement projects (Kaizen).
• Define and Produce the optimal line balancing for specific rate.
• Establish the detailed manpower requirement (work centers, crew type, shift,)
• Determine Production capacity (Manpower, equipment…)
• Produce daily production schedule (Chart)
• Collect, document and maintain manufacturing data. (loads, capacity, equipment,
footprint ...)
• Participate in analyzing and establishing the production standard time
• Establish detailed value stream mapping
How to thrive in this role?
• You hold a College or Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering
• You have a minimum of (2) year years of experience in manufacturing environment
• You demonstrate strong logical and mechanical skills;
• You have a great capacity to simplify tasks;
• You are organized, rigorous, demonstrate initiative and autonomy;
• You are a team player;
• You demonstrate leadership, patience, perseverance, curiosity and enjoy taking on challenges;
• You master Excel and Ms Project;
• You are familiar with the aerospace industry and furniture manufacturing (an asset).
• You communicate (orally and in writing) in French and English (an asset)
