What are your contributions to the team?
- Support Operations teams in their daily functions by understanding and resolving aircraft wiring (EWIS) and electrical issues.
- Resolve discrepancies and answer technical questions through NCR (Non-Conformity Report) raised by Quality Agents.
- Suggest corrective actions to engineering document changes, in line with achieving excellence objectives.
- Ensure adherence to MRB (Material Review Board), quality, and engineering procedures.
- Work in close cooperation with other engineering disciplines such as EWIS, Electrical, Avionics, EMC, Completion, etc.
- Work in close cooperation with other non-engineering disciplines such as Quality, Logistics, Methods, Customer support, etc.
- Work in a high paced environment with evolving priorities.
How can you thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge and experience:
- You hold an Electrical engineering Bachelor’s degree and at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- A strong understanding of electrical harness assemblies / components / routing and wiring repair.
- Knowledge of aircraft systems (i.e.: EWIS, Electrical, Avionics, Completions, etc.) is a definite asset.
- You have previous MRB (Material Review Board) experience.
- You are familiar with wiring diagrams & electrical harness routing drawings.
- You are familiar with FAR Part 25 subpart H and the certification rules addressing EWIS.
- You are familiar with SAE-AS50881 covering all aspects of EWIS.
- You are familiar with RTCA / DO-160 covering environmental conditions & test procedures.
- You have a working experience using Catia V4 & V5 and MS Office.
