Your responsibilities
- Is a key player in defining both new and existing products manufacturing processes, scouting for innovative and efficient solutions;
- Co-ordinates the installation of new cell in the company and material flow.
- Develops and implements equipment design layout and workflow, determining space requirements.
- Ensures that the material and Information flow strategy is implemented and maintained in the fabrication cells.
- Defines policy for the maintenance of equipment of production, TPM implementation and trains personnel on these techniques.
- Supervises documentation production, determines suitability of processes and control and improve of the PPAP and AQP activities for the existing and new products in line with the Parker Quality Standards.
- Develops and maintains relationship with key suppliers for Machines, Tools, Services for new production lines and for the improvements/savings on existing production processes.
- Applies continuous improvement and lean manufacturing techniques to their day-by-day.
Who we are looking for
- University Degree in Engineering
- Good knowledge of market product
- Min of 3/5 years in a Technical Department role within a precision engineering/electro-mechanical environment.
- Experience and track record of working in a similar role within the industrial, automotive, aerospace, beverage industries.
- Ability to release and interpret technical specifications and drawings.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management system.
