Power App Developer job in Huntsville, Alabama is available with Moseley Technical Services Top Defense company. In this full time, direct hire job, under the guidance of the Solutions Engineer/Power Platform Architect; you will assist in analyzing, planning, and designing workflows, process flows, functional attributes, and map and develop milestones for Microsoft Power Platform solutions. This role requires technical expertise to create efficient and effective solutions that empowers the organization to automate processes, analyze data, and build applications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Microsoft Power Platform applications, workflows, and process flows.
- Coordinate and document test plans and results at every layer.
- Manage app documentation, including component development, coding, testing, and changes.
- Collect requirements, implement software fixes, and document new functionalities within existing systems.
- Utilize Army Agile and standardization methodologies in software development.
- Ensure compliance with DoD security guides, supporting Cybersecurity and Change Management.
- Communicate ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing, and prepare briefings for leadership and management.
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship required, with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
- Bachelor of Science degree and 5+ years of experience with Power Platform, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Ability to become certified at IAT II, Security+.
- Familiarity with enabling technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, DNS, PowerShell, IIS, and MS SQL.
- Proficiency in preparing and maintaining code repositories, data flows, and development documentation.
- Experience working with source control using SCM tools like Azure DevOps and GIT.
- Understanding of writing unit tests and test plans using frameworks such as NUnit, xUnit.net, MSTest, QUnit, Jasmine, Selenium, Appium, or Cucumber.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active DoD SECRET clearance or higher.
- Current IAT II Certificate or higher (e.g., CySA, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, CASP+CE, CCNP, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH, CCSP).
- Additional Power Platform experience with C, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, .NET Framework is a plus.
