What are your contributions to the team?
- Be the first responder when the product line is impacted.
- Assist Operations, Engineering, and Quality with technical issues and problem resolution.
- Act as a change agent for the implementation of new solutions.
- Support production operations.
- Analyze technical drawings (details, assemblies, and installations).
- Help and assist Production, Engineering, and Quality in analyzing issues.
- Create action plans for problem resolution.
- Develop and execute plans for strategic improvement projects.
- Produce work instructions for production.
- Coordinate tooling changes.
How to thrive in this role?
- You must hold a college diploma (DEC) in Aeronautics or Aerospace Engineering (or a related field).
- You have at least three (3) years of experience.
- You have knowledge of assembly techniques and geometric tolerancing.
- You have strong organizational and time management skills and demonstrate autonomy.
- You are comfortable reading technical drawings and have good analytical skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Catia V5, SAP, and MS Office.
- You are an excellent team player and are known for your perseverance and judgment.
- Fluent in spoken and written French; English is an asset.
