BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Advanced degree and 2+ years of experience working in one or more of the following; OR bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience working in one or more of the following; OR 8+ years of experience working in one or more of the following:
- Engineering
- Production
- Manufacturing
- Operations
- 2+ years of direct leadership/management experience leading engineers
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Master's degree in an engineering discipline
- 4+ years of experience in a leadership role in a manufacturing environment and transitioning products from development into production
- High degree of comfort on the factory floor, working to identify and execute efficiency improvements in all aspects of production and manufacturing
- Demonstrated capability to solve complex problems with little to no supervision on schedule as an individual or as a member of an integrated team using appropriate problem-solving tools
- Experience with the design and manufacturing of high reliability electronics assemblies.
- Technically well-rounded and displays a proficiency in electronics manufacturing techniques, processes and equipment including a strong working knowledge of EEE piece parts, PCB, PCBA, lamination, electromechanical, test.
- Ability to develop and maintain high performing suppliers and contract manufacturers
- Experience working in a highly adaptive and iterative environment
- Experience implementing automation into production processes
- Experience transitioning products from design to manufacturing and scaling to high volume as part of a cross-functional team
- Experience with design of experiments, gauge repeatability and reproducibility, and process qualifications
- Experience defining production data requirements and statistical process control
- Experience with NX and Teamcenter
- Experience working with and defining requirements for ERP, MRP and MES systems
- Ability to work well in an integrated team including daily interactions with technicians, engineers, and managers.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach growing leaders
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be willing to work flexible and/or extended hours to meet the needs of the role
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs. unassisted
- Able to travel for short business trips as needed (up to 15%)

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Pay range:
Manager: $150,000.00 - $190,000.00/per year
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
